Alhamdulillah...
It was a great experience for me, 3 days with future engineers. These guys are brilliant with their ideas and creativity, it's was such a beautiful experience for me to take a marathon training session to engineering students to improve their Group discussion and Personal interview skills, it also helped me to learn new lessons about the human resources and how to manage peoples. These guys are already done some of their minor projects, while evaluating their resume I noticed their outstanding and creative skills, ideas these guys are brilliant, they showed their skills in their projects.
Some of them are moving towards great goals, they have their own expectation in their life about their dream company, dream position etc..
Its was great experience for me to spending 3 days with them.
